Payment for your wedding is required in full before your wedding date.
When you book a wedding with New Zealand Dream Weddings, you will be sent the following:
- Wedding Day Schedule
On the invoice there will be listed – your name, wedding date, wedding location and weddings services that you would have requested, amount of deposit due and final payment date will also be shown.
The deposit is due within 7 days of receiving the contract in order to book your wedding and activities. This amount is 20% of the wedding package and is non-refundable. Other terms and conditions will be on your contract.
Final payment is due 14 days before your wedding.
Payment can be made via bank deposit or internet banking. Once payment has been made, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
If you decide to cancel your wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. Should you cancel your wedding within and including 14 days of your wedding date, your payment will be non-refundable as we will have booked all the services required for your wedding. Your 20% deposit is at all times non-refundable.
Covid-19 or other Pandemic Safe Booking Clause
Your safety is of paramount importance to us.
In the event of an unforeseen pandemic where any government agencies recommend events to be limited in attendance or have any other recommendations which would affect the original plans of your wedding booked with us, we will reschedule your wedding event to within 12 months of the original date. (To a date that is free of any other bookings). There would be NO FEES or penalties applied.
This applies to your wedding booking only. It does not apply to other services or activities such as airfares, accommodation or scenic tours that you have booked with other companies.
